    Huntington Beach, Calif. - The Golden West College beach volleyball squad hosted their first home Orange Empire Conference match Friday afternoon. They split their matches 2-2 against Saddleback College but the Rustlers couldn't field a pairs team for the fifth match which led to the 3-2 match win for the Gauchos. In the second match of the day the Rustlers hosted the Palomar College Comets and won 4-1 to earn their first win of the season.
