Chula Vista, Calif. - The Golden West College men's water polo team is a certified dynasty after winning its six-consecutive California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) State Championships after defeating the West Valley College Vikings, 9-7, in double overtime.
Chula Vista, San Diego - To no surprise, the two powerhouse programs and top seeds in the Golden West College Rustlers and the West Valley College Vikings will square off in the CCCAA State Championship game. Golden West will look to earn their sixth-consecutive state title, while West Valley will look to snap the Rustler's impressive five-year run.
Long Beach, Calif. - The Golden West College Rustlers defeated Cuesta, 18-9, to claim their eighth-consecutive Southern Regional Championships and their 35th inprogram history. They will enter this weekend's State Tournament as the south's top seed. Cuesta earns the second seed in the tournament after claiming the runner up title.
Riverside, Calif. - The Golden West College men's water polo team continued one of the most impressive streaks in the history of California Community College sports on Saturday at Riverside City College by defeating Saddleback, 22-8, to claim their 33rd consecutive Orange Empire Conference championship.
