Fullerton, Calif. - Golden West went on the road to face the Fullerton College Hornets Wednesday afternoon and came away with a dominating vicotry 14-5.
Amber McCutcheon led the way for the Rustlers as she netted a team high seven goals. Cam Greer and and Evelyn Wang netted two goals apiece while Emmalee Sproul, Michelle Barnett, and Marina Corona also netted a goal apiece.
Goalie Kailyn Zwaagstra played tough in goal saving 13 goals against 18 shots.
Golden West improves to 2-1 in Orange Empire Conference play and 11-3 overall. Fullerton falls to 2-2 in OEC and 6-10 overall.
NEXT: The Rustlers will be on the road as they play Santa Ana on Wedsnesday October 11th with a start time at 4pm.
